Absolutely delicious! Made it almost as written here - on the website it calls for 2 cans kidney beans and chicken broth instead of water. I wasn’t sure about what the zucchini would add flavor-wise, but the flavor is wonderful and it turned out sooo good!! Looking fwd to making it again!

My whole family enjoyed this. I took one star out because the recipe on app was different than the one on the link. I used the 2 zucchinis (full directions said one), 2 cans of drained beans (black and kidney), and I added 3 or 4 cloves of garlic. I used one 28 oz crushed tomatoes. I used salt instead of garlic salt. Was not watery at all. Topped with cheese and Greek yogurt. Thanks for the healthy recipe!

¡Exquista! Cuando eché la carne, le agregué sal, pimienta, chili, comino y paprika. Usé caldo de pollo y tomates frescos, no enlatados. Luego, 5 minutos antes de apagarla, agregué comino, paprika chipotle, sal y chili. Usé solo 1/2 taza de habichuelas (para disminuir los carbohidratos). No tenía zuquini, por lo que usé “green beans” frescas. Según lo sugerido, utilicé pimientos. Al servir, sobre el chili, puse una cucharadita de queso rallado, 1/4 cucharadita de sour cream y 1 cucharadita de tiras de tortilla de maíz.
Fue fácil y rápido.

SO Yummy AND so quick!!! I added some frozen corn.. a bit of salt and some more cumin. Also added tomato paste to thinken it up a bit- like 1/3 cup. I used water instead of chicken broth and was still bursting with flavor!

Delicious and easy! I used toasted tomato’s instead of the canned ones in order to get a more watery chili as that’s how my family loves it. Super easy to follow!

Easy to make in the instapot. I used fire roasted tomatoes and it added some depth to the flavor. Excellent!

Love this recipe! I feel like I’m eating a healthy version of a favorite comfort food. For lunch I bring it to work over a baked sweet potato with some nonfat Greek yogurt and low-fat shredded cheese delicious!

Excellent!! This is a healthy and easy go to. I make it on the weekend so that we have a meal cooked for one night during the week that I don’t have time. You’ll make this one over and over!

It was soupier than I would’ve liked, and I did add more seasoning, but overall it was pretty good.

Pretty tasty! We doubled it to have extra for the week. It was a little salty, other than that we loved it. Super easy and quick.
