- 10 apples (small baked, or 3 big ones: 7 for the smoothie and 3 for the smoothie jar)
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
- canela (for sprinkling on top of apples)
- 7 apples (baked, leave some apples for the jar!)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup apple juice (I use homemade juice)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. cardamom
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves (and nutmeg)
- sweetener (if needed –, your choice, honey, maple, agave syrup or dates etc.)
- 2 cups apple (baked, smoothie)
- 3 apples (baked)
- 2 Tbsp. granola
- 2 Tbsp. oatmeal
- 1/2 cup whipped cream (vanilla, for topping, I use soy cream)
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon (for decoration, optional)
