I actually used these for keto tortillas and put sausage and cheese on them. I have to say it was amazing and im sooo glad i ran across this recipe. I was so tired of plain eggs and sausage or bacon breakfeast on keto.

They were good but very egg tasting. The second time I added some vanilla extract and cinnamon to the batter. I added sugar free butter flavor syrup which made it 100 times better

definitely add another flavor to cover up the egg taste... my mom said these were "april fools pancakes"
