Perfect. Didn't specify in directions, but I placed the roast on a rack over a drip pan with two cups of beef broth - very tender and juicy. Everyone loved it!

Perfect roast beef! I have made this at least once a week since seeing this recipe. It is the only way I make it now after trying tons of others.
