- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 4 oz)
- 1 lb. breakfast sausage links (or sweet Italian sausage links, removed from casings and crumbled)
- 1 red bell pepper (small, diced)
- 1 onions (small, chopped)
- 1 cup Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
- 1 container refrigerated pizza crust (13.8 oz.)
- 4 eggs (slightly beaten)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°. In medium bowl, combine mozzarella and cheddar cheese; set aside.
- In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook sausage, red pepper and onion over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until sausage is browned; drain. Stir in Pasta Sauce and simmer 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, press pizza crust into bottom and 2 inches up sides of 13 x 9-inch baking pan; sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese mixture. Evenly spoon sausage mixture over cheese, then pour in eggs. Bake 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese mixture and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and eggs in center are set.
