- 8 sausages (thick, or 12 thin sausages, up to you if you pre-cook, boil or put in raw)
- 1 onion (large, sliced thin)
- 420 grams tomato soup
- salt
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. mustard powder
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 3 carrots (chopped into large chunks, so they don't disintegrate)

Directions
- Place sausages in slow cooker
- Combine all remaining ingredients
- Pour over sausages
- Cook on LOW for 6 hours
- Serve with Mash and vegetables.
