- 3/4 cup frozen corn kernels
- 3/4 cup canned black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 2 Tbsp. diced green chilies (canned)
- 1 oz. taco seasoning
- 15 oz. tomato sauce
- 4 Tbsp. taco sauce (I used Ortega medium heat, but feel free to use mild or hot)
- 11 oz. dough (refrigerated pizza crust, I used Pillsbury Thin Crust)
- 4 oz. sharp cheddar (50% reduced fat, shredded, I used Cabot)
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (I used cherry tomatoes)
