- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle's brand, her instructions were to not use generic condensed milk for this recipe so I've only ever used this brand!)

I love this recipe I didn’t have the filling ingredients
So I made just the oatmeal part and put chocolate ganache on the top. They turned out soft and chewy and delicious.
