  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • vanilla Greek yogurt (or A dollop of plain, or whipped cream to garnish, or dairy free substitute of choice)
  • 1/2 cup pecans (roughly choppped)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup prunes (California, roughly chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
