  • 12 ounces mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder (dissolved in 2 tsp hot water)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 32 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate frosting (for garnish)
  • 12 pieces chocolate (marbled, bark, for garnish)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8 inch springform pan.
    2. In a food processor, pulse brownies and 1/3 cup chocolate chips until fine crumbs form. Press into base of prepared pan and bake for 15 mins. Let cool.
    3. Gently melt remaining chocolate chips. Let cool to room temperature.
