- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup serrano ham (Or Prosciutto, Cubed)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- flat leaf parsley leaves (Minched, For Garnish, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. grated orange zest
