I think this makes 4 servings as a side dish. I used rainbow Swiss chard and it is beautiful. It also tastes great. The flavors are subtle and not overpowering. I will be serving this for a belated Thanksgiving meal tomorrow and I'm hoping that my family likes it as much as I do. If nothing else it will make a beautiful table display and I will happily eat it all myself!
