These delicious and decadent Date, Coconut, and Spice Truffles require no baking and are completely gluten and dairy free. Made from a mixture of coconut oil, cocoa butter, dates, and shredded coconut, these truffles are flavored with a mixture of cocoa powder, ras el hanout for a little spicy kick, vanilla seeds and cinnamon. The mixture should be chilled before shaping. Once shaped into balls, cover the truffles with cocoa powder and serve. Store in the refrigerator.
