it was nice......almost perfect. Added pinch of salt. Added 25 dates weighing 185gms.
I mixed the batter and waited 10 mins till the oven reached the desired temp.
Next time will keep the oven ready and then mix wet and dry ingredients.
The cake got over in no time so baked another one last night. This time replaced oil and baking powder with eggs. It became more spongy and healthier. only thing the sweetness was less. which i only realised after baking. so made sugar syrup and sprayed it on the cake. The cake is tasting superb now. While making cake with eggs the dates should be atleast 35.
