- 2/3 cup water
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 14 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
- 3/4 cup whipping heavy cream
- 1 3/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 candy bar (optional)

Directions
- For CAKE, preheat oven to 325°. Line bottoms of two 9-inch round cake pans with parchment or waxed paper, then grease and flour bottoms and sides of pans; set aside.
- Microwave chocolate and water in small microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 1 minute or until chocolate is melted; stir until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl; set aside.
