- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (+ 1 Tablespoon water for slurry)

- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. raspberry (Emulsion)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 7 cups powdered sugar (Sifted)
- 1 drop base (red" Wilton coloring gel)
- chocolate ganache (Thick)
- 3 cups dark chocolate (Van Leer, Melts)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- fresh raspberries
- chocolate shavings
