  • 300 milliliters whipping cream (liquid)
  • 250 grams dark chocolate (85% cacao, or any dark choco of your choice. 70% would be enough if you don't like it to be too bitter)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup sugar (or according to your taste)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 agar
  • gelatin
  • 400 milliliters milk
  • 200 milliliters whipping cream (liquid)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (or according to your taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • salt (5. a little bit of)
  • 1 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch (dissolved in a little bit of water)

    Directions

    1. 1. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan. You can use a double boiler if you want. I just melted the chocolate over low heat because I'm a lazy person :p
    2. 2. Turn off the heat. Mix in the milk, liquid whipping cream, agar agar powder, cocoa powder, sugar, and dissolved egg yolks. Stir until it's well blended
    3. 3. Cook over low heat while keep stirring. Cook until all the chocolate and sugar are melted
