- 1/4 cup sweetener (Just Like Sugar Table Top natural chicory root, or 2 teaspoons PureLo Lo Han Sweetener by Swanson, or 3 tablespoons raw honey, or your favorite sweetener.)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt (unprocessed)
- 1 Orange (Zest of, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. filtered water
- 1 can full fat coconut milk (thick, such as Native Forest)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup sweetener (Sweeten to taste, about 1 cup Just Like Sugar Table Top natural chicory root, or 2 1/2 tablespoons PureLo Lo Han Sweetener by Swanson, or 2/3 cup raw honey, or your favorite sweetener.)
- 1 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted but not hot)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 170 grams coconut butter (if hard, 3/4 cup if soft)
- 5 Tbsp. cacao powder (pure unsweetened, or cocoa)
- 1/4 cup protein powder (your favorite, optional)
- 3 Tbsp. pomegranate (powder, optional)
- 1 cup blackberries
- 3 Tbsp. sweetener
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 dash vanilla
