My new favorite salmon recipe. Super good! Only minor changes were to use more eggs and panko (seems like I need to for every recipe that calls for a panko crust), Chupacabra seasoning salt on the salmon and in the panko, and I added onion powder to the spicy mayonnaise. I also used reds instead of kings. Thanks for the fabulous recipe!
