- 4 slices smoked ham (thin sliced, lunchmeat, or your favorite natural sliced deli meat)
- 1 slice smoked gouda cheese (Follow Your Heart dairy free, or your favorite dairy free sliced cheese)
- 1 Tbsp. soy (Earth Balance, Free margarine)
