I didn't dislike it, but it definitely didn't have the robust tomato flavor I was looking for. I'll try a different variety of tomatoes next time. Also, I wish I had really visualized this in my head before attempting, as it made such a small amount. I usually expect soup recipes to make much more, and there was hardly enough for a bowl for all 3 adults plus a toddler.
