  • 5 deciliters raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 8 deciliters honey
  • 600 grams coconut cream (cold)
  • 300 grams dark chocolate (dairy-free)

    I'm definitely not a mousse expert so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but the raspberry mousse was cloyingly sweet. It tasted like eating raspberry jam by the spoon. Also, the chocolate mousse was lumpy. I think I will make the raspberry mousse again cutting the honey in half and will use what I already made as a dessert topping. As for the chocolate mousse, I plan to try to smooth it out using a blender, freeze it in small portions, then use it as a base for chocolatey desserts.
