It was delicious. It was super easy. I think I may have been a little heavy handed with the salt. I added a little bit of garlic powder. Next time I think I will either use a better quality store bought stock or go the extra mile and use a homemade veggie stock. Other than that it was easy, tasty and definitely worth the time. I will be making this again.
