- 4 stalks rhubarb (fresh)
- sugar
- 120 grams halva

Directions
- Boil the rhubarb in a small amount of water, The water amount should be just enough for the rhubarb not to burn but doesn't cover the rhubarb all together.
- If the rhubarb is soft, remove the pot from the heat. Strain the rhubarb and place it in a bowl.
- Add sugar to the rhubarb mix (add as much sugar as sweet as you want the rhubarb mix to be). Let the mix rest.
