Fantastic!!! Pork was tender and delicious. I served with white rice and cucumber/mango salad and kimchi. Will make again. Wanted to take a pic, but forgot and it was eaten too fast!!

I don’t think you really need to marinade it overnight. Sure it gives the meat more time to absorb the flavours so it would be really tasty but I only marinaded the pork for 20mins and mine was delicious and tasty after bbqing

Amazing flavor. Stir fried some scallions and added to the dish. I didn't add pear or apple, and marinated in thin strips overnight. Delicious!!!!! I cannot wait to make this again!
