- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 cups tomato sauce (15 ounce can)
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (pour into beef mixture)
- 1/2 cup water
- 32 oz. ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- fresh black pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
