Easy recipe. I added a tablespoon of dolma spices, found at my local Persian grocer. I'll go for 2 tablespoons of this in future. I also used grape vine leaves from my local supermarket. To make it low carb, I added cauliflower rice instead of regular rice. In future I will use fresh water in the saucepan with the dolmades as opposed to the water I added to the grape leaves to separate them from each other. That water was far too salty. The quantity of onions and parsley was spot on.. not too little and not too much. Overall, it was a hit!
