- 1 bag chocolate candy (dark, melts)
- 2 Ritz Crackers (sleeves of)
- 5 drops peppermint (Essential Oil)

Directions
- In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate candy melts.
- Turn the heat down as low as it can go, and add 5 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil. Stir well to incorporate in the chocolate.
- Using a candy fork or the like, dip a cracker into the chocolate mixture to coat on both sides. Tap off the excess chocolate.
- Place the coated cookies on a piece of waxed paper and allow to cool for about 10-15 minutes.
