  • crackers (Your favourite, 8-10)
  • cheese slices (Your favourite vegan, cut into squares, 8-10)
  • vegetarian sausage (Slices of your favourite, cut into thick slices, you want about 8-10 slices)
  • carrot sticks
  • celery sticks
  • hummus
  • orange slices
  • fruit
  • dessert (Some sort of snack/)
  • 1 can black beans (organic, make sure the can has a BPA-free lining)
  • 1 onions (small, chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning (make sure the seasoning is mild, if it's for kids)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • corn
  • mushrooms
  • tomatoes
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 handful kale (chopped into very thin strips)
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 handful corn chips (in a small zip lock bag per lunch)
  • guacamole (Optional:)
  • apple slices (for dessert)
  • romaine lettuce (or Boston, washed & dried & cut into wrap appropriate sizes)
  • 8 ounces mushrooms (your choosing, I like cremini, finely chopped)
  • 1 package firm tofu (do not use silken)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons ginger (freshly grated)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (omit for kids or if sensitive to spice)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (for cooking)
  • 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 carrots (ribboned using a vegetable peeler, or grated)
  • trail mix (or granola for dessert/snack)
