- 1/2 cup instant oats
- 1 Tbsp. ground oats (just grind them in the food processor until you get a fine powder)
- 1 tsp. coconut sugar (or sucanat)
- 1/4 cup dried apple slices
- 1 handful chopped walnuts (and almonds)
- 1 pinch canela
- 1/2 tsp. ginger (dried)
- 1/4 cup dried mango
- 1/8 cup dark chocolate (covered cacao nibs, I got mine from Trader Joe’s but if you can’t find them, substitute with 1-2 squares chopped dark chocolate and 1 tablespoon cacao nibs.)
- cashew milk (Use chocolate, instead of plain)
