- 1 lb. chicken tenders (We used Foster Farms Simply Raised Chicken Tenders)
- 1 can pinto beans (drained)
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- burrito size whole wheat tortillas
- avocado slices
- salsa
