    I made this recipe with two changes. The first only because I did not have vanilla bean. I used pure vanilla extract 2 Tbls. The second change, I added more sugar about one cup more. I ended up with the most wonderful, smooth liquor I have ever drank. The flavor reminds me of cream soda. It is very good. I will make it again, with my alteration.
