- 1 1/2 cups Crispy Rice Cereal (brown)
- 1/4 cup cashew (EACH raw, halves or pieces, slivered almonds and pumpkin seeds)
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds (EACH, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds)
- 2 tsp. canela
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/3 cup dried fruit (chopped, I used dried cranberries and apricots)
- 1/2 cup brown rice syrup
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (or honey, if not vegan)
- 1/3 cup almond butter (natural organic)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
