- 300 mL cream (thickened, 1¼ cups)

- vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. caster sugar
- 1 tangelo
- dates (Marinated)
- 2 tangelos (segmented without pith)
- 500 grams fresh dates (1 lb De seed and cut them in ½)
- 1/2 cup caster (100 gm, granulated sugar)
- 1 juice (x cup of tangelo, 250 ml)
- 1 piece zest (Tangelo, for flavour, will be discarded when finished)
