Super easy and very tasty and healthy! I put more curry powder and cinnamon then the recipe called for! So easy to makes I highly recommend it

They Were Fine But I Did Find That Maybe You Should Boil Or Blanch Them 1st So They Are Not So Hard To Cut But I Found That The Spice Mix Worked Very Nice With The Potatoes So They Were Ok Thank You
