    The flavor of the chicken was fantastic! My picky sons and food-snob husband all scarfed these down. I used Madras Curry Powder, bought the whole wings, and cooked them for 12 minutes in the instant pot. Finished them off by broiling in the oven for the recommended time and the skin crisped and browned nicely.
