Excellent! I used half honey mustard and half spicy brown mustard. I also used jalapeño flavored honey (yum)! Next time I will thicken the sauce slightly. Will definitely add this to my rotation!

I used less butter and less honey to make it a little more healthy and it was delicious!

I made a batch with real mustard and a batch with yellow mustard. Either way is 4 stars. I'd suggest about half the salt if using real mustard.

Perfectly cooked. Lots of sauce. Could probably reduce those ingredients by 1/4.

I left my skin on the chicken, braised them on the stove before putting them in the oven with the sauce on top. Also added about 9-10 tbs of curry instead of just the one My kids loved it and asked for it again already 👍🏻

Nice change to my normal honey mustard chicken. I might add some parsley next time for taste and color.

Delicious! I used only 1/3 c of honey and 1 TBS of curry powder. I love spicy food so I added 1 tsp of cayenne pepper and it was perfect!

It turned out pretty delicious. I thought the soices as in the recipe was too strong so i decided to dikute it with some coconut milk. Very delicious!!

I tripled the curry and kept everything else the same. Came out moist and delicious. Paired it with basmati rice and mixed veggies. Will be making this again soon

disclaimer: i used boneless chicken thighs, about 8. thats the ONLY alteration i made. I dunno...maybe my curry powder went bad or something, but all i tasted was honey and maybe a bit of mustard. I also expected a thicker coating than what i ended up with, based on the picture; almost none of it stayed on the chicken itself, and even at room temperature was watery and bland. id double the salt and maybe the curry powder, max out at 4 pieces of chcken per recipe, and half the honey, maybe just use it as a marinade. Also - can we identify what kind of mustard to use?
