- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder

- 1/2 cup ketchup

- 4 meatballs (3-, chicken, and sauce, depending on the length of the bun)
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tsp. mango chutney (Sweet and Spicy, better if the chutney is cold)
