    Thanks. Great recipe. I decided to kick it up and added 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ginger powder and substituted the plain Chili power with ancho chili powder. before serving I also topped it with fresh scallions and toasted sesame oil. Yum! One last tip I got from another recipe was to cook for 5-6 mins tops so it doesn’t get mushy. I stopped at 6 and it was perfect even our daughter loved it!

    Very good, I probably added too much salt but that was more a mistake on my part.
