- 1 ground cumin (tspn)

- 1 tumeric (tspn)

Directions
- Heat the oil on medium/high
- Add onions, fry for 3 mins or until reducing. Add garlic and ginger, fry for 1 more minute
- Turn heat to minimum and sweat for 6 mins, stirring occasionally
