- 1 pkg. firm tofu (drained and pressed, cut into ¼ inch cubes)
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. seasoning (Bragg's Liquid Soy)
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- cornstarch
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1 onion (diced finely)
- 1 clove garlic (pressed)
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp. chili flakes (more or less crushed)
- 3 cups vegetable stock
- 1 1/2 cups quinoa
- 2/3 cup blanched almonds (whole or slivered)
- 1 bunch green onions (finely chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
