- 1 Tbsp. raisins (or chopped dates)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup red onions (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 salt (generous pinch of each, black pepper and ground clove)
- bread slices (or lettuce leaves as needed)
- jalapeño
- chopped cilantro

- red onions (chopped, add some sharpness and crunch)

- non dairy yogurt (or non-dairy cream or coconut cream are a stand-in for mayo)
