- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. ginger root (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 Roma plum tomatoes (diced)
- 3 chicken breasts (large, bone- in)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 can lentil soup (drained, I used Progresso)
- 2 medium potatoes (peeled and cut into chunks or 8 red potatoes halved)
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro
