- 1 medium yellow onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 mangoes (alfuonso, peeled and 1-inch diced)

- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 3 Tbsp. dressing (Tahini, recipe follows)
- toasted pumpkin seeds (optional)
