    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add spices and cook, stirring, for 1 min, until fragrant. Add onion and sauté 3-5 mins, until tender. Add cauliflower, tossing to coat well with spices and onion.
    2. Stir in tomatoes. Cover and cook 10-15 mins, until sauce is reduced and cauliflower is tender. Season to taste.
