  • 60 milliliters cream
  • 200 milliliters milk
  • 3 eggs
  • salt (to taste)
  • ground black pepper (to taste)
  • nutmeg (to taste)
  • 1 cucumber (peeled and grated, without seeds)
  • 200 grams grated cheese (to taste)
  • thyme sprigs (Fresh, to taste)

    Directions

    1. Pour the flour on a work surface, and make a well in the center. Add the egg, pieces of butter, poppy seeds, and a pinch of salt.
