It turned out good, and we enjoyed it. I do think fresh herbs instead of dried would’ve been a good improvement. I’ll try that next time.

I might've used too big of a cucumber it needs more of the oil, vinegar, basil, & oregano. Might've been better if i used fresh basil & oregano vs the dried.

This salad is easy to make and yummy! I only used half of the herbs that the recipe called for and was glad I did. Otherwise, so tasty!

dressing-NOT GOOD. thank god i tried before putting on the salad. tossing it and looking for a new recipe.

I add a few mint leaves and a few black olives to increase the salt ..absolutely a favorite of mine

This was my first time making it. I liked it but it needed more salt and pepper. I will eliminate the oregano next time. .

i enjoyed it alot. i also cut up pieces of genoa salami and put that in it too and it goes with it wonderfully!

Great salad when have good tomatoes! May use 50% more vinegar next time. Had friends over & they loved it...took seconds

I'm on an oil free diet so i used balsamic glace with the seasonings and it was delicious.

Very good! I decided against the red onion but it was still very flavorful. The cucumber makes this dish really refreshing.

Very tasty! You have to be careful to get the ratios for ingredients correct depending on the sizes of your veggies.

Soggy and no taste. Disappointed! Followed directions exactly. Would not make again. First Yummly recipe that didn't work out.

I put fresh basil, arugula and parsley, I used only dried oregano, because its so good to use in lieu of fresh.
