- 1/2 tsp. citric acid
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 Tbsp. psyllium powder
- 6 Tbsp. almond flour (heaped tbsp)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp. rum (natural, flavouring you can use real rum)
- 1 tsp. ceylon cinnamon
- 1/3 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 large yolks
- 200 grams butter (grass-fed, I used goat butter)
- 200 mL heavy whipping cream (additives-free)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 12 drops oil (organic edible banana, This is optional, but makes a big change)
- 100 grams butter (grass-fed)
- 2 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 100 mL heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. ceylon cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. stevia (or monk fruit blend sweetener)
