    So tasty and so easy to make. Will cut down on the ground chile powder, just a bit too spicy for my 9 year old.

    This was excellent. I served it with grilled peppers, black beans, kiwi, and corn bread.

    Fantastic recipe! Followed the instructions to a T, and the pork came out extremely tender. I served it with arroz congri (black beans & rice), avocado, and cilantro. Would definitely make it again.
