Ah-mazing! Yum!
Used red wine vinegar instead of broth. Served with lettuce wraps and homemade salsa verde and thinly sliced jalapeños.

Added the other ingredients to some left over pot roast and made the most amazing soft shell tacos! Delicious!

Excellent we ate with tortillas the first night then had with rice at work the next day. will do again!

Excellent dinner! I cooked the first stage in a crockpot, 8 hours on low until it was tender and just shy of falling apart. So good with black beans, rice, fried plantains, Pan de Coco and flan.
